The first thing I learned, was about the different states of consciousness. Consciousness is the awareness of ourselves and environment. There could be different levels of awareness which are cognitive neuroscience, dual processing, selective attention. I should know this, to have much more awareness to my surroundings. I should learn this to also know more about my body.

The second thing I learned, was how can a device affect your sleep. A device can interfere with sleep by suppressing the production of melatonin. We should know this, to answer our question why we cannot sleep at night. We should also know this to not use our device too much.
